- Assist in creating and executing a comprehensive Marketing/Public Relations program to support the mission, services, sales and fund-raising activities of your organization, with particular emphasis on producing promotional literature and publications designed to market to potential prospects, clients, consumers, donors, and referral sources.
- Provide primary responsibility for the writing, artwork, photography production and distribution of all promotional literature and publications, such as the Annual Report, quarterly newsletter, informational brochures, specialized publications and reports.
- Coordinate all printing as a representative broker for over a dozen printers and mailers, photographers, designers, and video production firms.
- Organize and maintain a library of stock photo’s, digital archives, and publications for historical and reference purposes.
- Assist in creating and implementing public relations activities that expand the organizations’ visibility in the community and educate the general public about your products and services, including News Releases, News Kits and News Conferences when necessary for trade show and community involvement activities.
- Produce and Host website and other electronic media projects to ensure consistency with company branded image through print materials; as well as maintain e-mail database for electronic distribution of text and HTML messages.
